Natural & Relaxed Wedding Photography in Edinburgh & Scotland

Your wedding story deserves to be captured with authenticity, creativity, and care. I specialise in relaxed, natural wedding photography that helps you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera — no stiff poses, just genuine emotions, candid laughter, and timeless moments to treasure for a lifetime.

Your wedding day isn’t a photoshoot — it’s a celebration of everything that makes your story yours. My role is to blend into the background, camera in hand, and capture the laughter, the emotion, and the fleeting moments you might otherwise miss. Honest, meaningful photographs that reflect who you are and how the day truly felt.

What you can expect:

  • Calm, friendly presence
  • Natural photos, not stiff posing
  • Gentle direction for portraits
  • Group photos kept quick and easy
  • Real moments, guest reactions, atmosphere

The couple portraits, without the awkwardness

Most couples tell me the same thing: “We’re not great in front of the camera.” That’s completely normal. I’ll give you simple direction, keep it relaxed, and we’ll keep it quick so you can get back to your day.

  • No stiff posing. You won’t be standing frozen wondering what to do.
  • Simple prompts, not cringe. Think walking, chatting, and small movements that feel natural.
  • 15–25 minutes is usually plenty. We’ll get beautiful portraits without disappearing for ages.
  • You’ll look like you. I’m aiming for connection, not perfection.
